Poem:
The guns won't beat me there {Du Silbena Datia}
Ispired by: Redwood (hi)
I have lived my life in the shadows
Plotting for your end
It seems just like the dress I wear
To hide my life away
One look in your eyes and I know who you are
The anger that fills me
And the tears that do drop
Are all wasted on you
In this dreadful place
There is no escape
No where for you to run
but I won't let the guns beat me there
The life I have spent
And the plots I have made are ready to be used
It is time to shed the dress I have worn
And I won't let the guns beat me there
For every tear and I've ever dropped
And every fight I've ever fought
Will not be done in vain
If I don't let the guns beat me there
The taste of sweet vengance is now to be felt
With interlocked legs and one final bite
I am on the ground
But I didn't let the guns beat me there
As the sun starts it's rise
And the day starts to light
I get up to fight one more fight
So the guns will not beat me there
And at the end of my life
I've but one thought
The dress I've been wearing, ain't a dress at all
My life is based on this
There is nowhere to run
There is nowhere to hide
Your world will end when the rising sun strikes dawn
With you on the ground and a bullet in my neck
Thoughts are zipping through my mind of the fights I have fought
But one thought stands strong
I have shed the dress I've been wearing, for I didn't let the guns beat me there.
