Home is behind,
The world ahead,
and there are many paths to tread...
Through Shadow,
To the edge of night.
Until all the stars are all alight...
Mist and shadow,
Cloud and shade...
All shall fade
All shall...
FADE
Bear looked back at the place he called his home. Or once did. First one there, and now the most unwelcome one. But as a racehorse, a promise is a promise... no matter the cost. He promised, they'd never see him again. A tear fell from one eye, a red tear. It was not blood, it was a sign of pain to leave his home. A racehorse was not welcome in the wild, Allura and Ares taught him that. Oh well.
It just showed he'd always be tame: Kadaj took Bears fight. Ares gave Bear a warning. Bear listened. And now he was fullfilling a promise he made to Allura, the horse he loved and hated?! He tried to back up, but it felt like he was being pulled by rope.
He jerked his head back, but it didn't help. A red hoof crossed the border of the redwoods. Another and Another... He was all the way out of the redwood territory. Another tear rolled down his blood red neck...
Backlegs reached and fell as the racer went into a gallop. Legs stretched to the untimate extent. He ran to the speed passed the redwoods known. He was reaching the speed he went as a racer.
Some say the past will reoccur. A volcanoe explodes, it will in 75 years... An earthquake breathe, it comes again in a decade... In this story, The past has reoccured. The helpless racehorse, not helpless from muscle, but helpless from no help, paid his due. He was leaving the redwoods forever...
Or maybe not forever...
The shade of the trees caught his eye. The past two days were running, and a final colasps. He was awake and well again, but he fell upon something he's never seen before... Had he gone in a circle...? He was faced with a whole nother' redwood forest, unlike any other.
This couldn't be the same place... In the middle, a huge Redwood stood, taller than all the others by a significant amount... It was strange though, It was too tall to see the top. It was It was at least half a mile around the whole tree, and over 2 miles high. Bear's neck hurt from looking at it. He galloped into the larger depths, knowing this was his new sanctuary.
In the world, ugly things can happen
Love turns against
LIkewise for families...
Behave no matter what, and never forget who you are
Entire civilizationas are destroyed like this
But when you find yourself down, get up
All will be okay, no matter what
Call your senses
Keen eyes will set you free
(Ooc// Bear will be back, but not in awhile...)
